Free shipping worldwide on orders over $75. Here is what to expect.

Shipping costs

Orders over $75 ship free to every country we serve. For smaller orders, the shipping fee is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Processing and delivery

We pack and hand each order to the carrier as quickly as we can. Estimated delivery depends on your destination and the carrier, and is shown in your order confirmation and shipping email.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you will receive a tracking link by email. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder or track your order here, or contact us and we will resend it.

Customs and import duties

Depending on your country, local customs fees or import duties may apply on arrival. These are set by your local authority and are not included in our prices.

Address

Please double-check your address at checkout, including unit number and postal code. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped.

Undeliverable or returned parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment or a refund of the product cost minus the original shipping cost.
